Patricia Garza , Practice Administrator

Patricia Garza is the Practice Administrator for Alabama Neurological Surgery & Spine in Birmingham, Alabama. A native of Dallas, Texas, Patricia comes to the ANSS practice with over 20 years of leadership and development experience. She is a certified patient experience professional and has a Six Sigma certification. Patricia is responsible for leading the strategic direction, vision and growth of the practice while ensuring the highest level of patient experience.

Patricia is known for implementing and improving processes to maximize operational excellence and delivering financial performance. In her previous role as a Practice Manager with Texas Children’s Pediatrics - one of the largest pediatric practices in the North Houston region - she successfully led a team that consistently delivered exceptional patient care in an extremely high-volume pediatrics practice. Under her leadership the practice achieved the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation for six years in a row. Patricia was awarded the Catalyst Leadership Award for her contributions to achieving the best possible outcomes for patients while serving and developing her team to perform at their highest potential.

Outside of work Patricia enjoys mission trips, spending time with family and friends and is a passionate Atlanta Braves fan.
